Are these the best settings for viewing the film later on a DVD/television? I know that TV is definately lower field first but I was wondering if there were something I was forgetting or a setting I had incorrect? Any help to avoid the "lines" through the video would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions/help you could offer,

Hi Paco,
Can you give a little bit better description other than lines? I'm just trying to understand, are they thick, thin (a pixel size or interlace) just at the bottom, all over, intermittent.. or what?

Hi, Brian.
The lines usually occur where movement happens on the screen and these lines go through the entire moving object/person and are very noticable around the moving object's edges...I have read up on a few forums and am pretty sure that this is from the interlacing of the video but not exactly sure how to correct it. I have tried a few different combinations of settings but still no avail...

These are probably interlace lines. If your final media is due to be watched on TV (interlaced) you might try going ahead and burning a DVD and see what it looks like played back on the TV.
