 | computer screen size for camtasia to vegas for short video

hi, I'm going to give camtasia a whirl to demonstrate a midi application for a client.
I see camtasia talksa about options for screen size... laptop and desktop computers range here from 1400 x 1050 to 1680 x 1050.
Is there a specific size I should set my computer screen to for capture for video endering in vegas - or does anyone recommend a happy blend between tv and computer screen viewing.
