The first thing I would try is uninstall, reboot, (maybe even redownload), and install again.

If it still doesn't work, try tech support.

hi edward,

thanks for the quick reply, most appreciated....

well, i don't know about interconnectivity, but i got the same error when i loaded a project into 6. checked and there's no 'sony' listed plugins under sony (audio), just a collection of fx's (which show they're sony when opened)? since i can use these in projects in both - well what the hell?

still wondering though....

thanks

leslie

Leslie ~

Had exactly the same problem with v6.0d a few weeks back. Have no idea where those standard three audio plugs went. Reinstall over the top didn't fix it. I had to uninstall 6.0 and do a complete new install to get them back, pain in the butt! Lost a heap of presets that I had made plus had to reinstall quite a few of my 3rd party plugins. Blame Bill G!
