Missing Settings App

Hello everyone, after a restart my setting.app has disappeared of my iphone. It still works fine but I can't change any settings. Does anyone know where I can download this .app or can someone email me this.

I think when you plug it into your computer, you're given the option of resetting.

Have you tried that?
