iPhone Video Screen Capture

Hey guys--

I've been commissioned to produce a spot for a major cable network for an iPhone app they've released. Any ideas on how to capture the screen of the phone outside of just shooting it with a camera? I can't seem to find any software that allows video screen capture of the phone itself.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hold down the Home button and the On/Off/Sleep button at the same time. Done. (This is for iPhone software 2.0 and up.)
