The cheapest way to do this is to publish your iCal calender to a web server, just upload it via the "Publish" option in the Calender menu and then your boss can merely have that page bookmarked and view it in mobile safari.
Other than that, you can use mobile me which will do what you need but costs $
It will however immediately update your iphone calender and desktop calender both ways

I usually recommend Kerio groupware server, much cheaper than Microsoft Exchange and works natively with iPhone, iCal, Apple.Mail, plugins for Blackberry and Outlook, webmail client is good
Very robust and very well priced, any old Mac or PC can be made into the server
