making and receiving calls via iPhone using 'bluetooth' in Entourage from MacBook

I recently downloaded the app. Abdialer, that claims that calls to contacts in Entourage, can be made via bluetooth connection between computer, and cell phone. I was able to connect the iPhone via bluetooth, but, it says that 'paired' but 'not connected'. 'No services enabled' on phone. Can the iphone be used to make calls via bluetooth?
