What salary is average for me? Sorry this is dumb question.

This is my first after effects job (fulltime) I have done some contract work for them in the past. I have idea of what I should as for salary. The job entails using after effects and 3d studio max to complete digital signage projects for major vendors in the casino world and retail world. I was getting 300 dollars a project and was averaging around 9 projects a month.

I have 2 years of graphic design experience as well. And about 4 months in AfterEffects professionally.

What would your salary expectations be?

In my experience with after effects. I have done lower thirds for political ads for $70 an hour. that is just the name of the person and their title, animated of course. 3d on the other hand is different, you have to model, light, animate, and render, so.... usually if the project is going to take you more hours then you ask for a lower hour rate 35-60, if shorter hours higher rate 50-75.
