Website needed for a restaurant

Hello,
I'm looking for someone to design a rather simple website for my restaurant. I'm going to need the following:
Homepage
Menu Page
Specials/Events Page
Maybe one more for some recent photos
We'd like to be able to keep it up to date on our own once the design is completed so it should be user friendly enough for us to do so. Down the road there may be a need to add a page that would allow us to sell t-shirts, but we're not very concerned about that at this point.
Here's a link to our myspace page so that you can get an idea of what our "style" is.
We're looking for something that is fun, professional, and would target an age group of ages 20-40. I'd say that's the bulk of our traffic.
Please hit me up with any offers or ideas.
Also, please keep in mind that we are a rather small operation and our budget is extremely limited. I am actually hoping to find someone who might be looking to add something to their portfolio, but I'm also not against paying someone who has some good ideas that we'd be excited about. Thanks for your time.

Hi,
I'm only 18 however I have made some incredibly good websites.
I am looking for a bit of extra money because I'm saving up for a new PC and am not looking for $300 or anything like that.I would only ask for about $60 - $70. This is extremely cheap but I need the extra money at the moment.
I would be able to make a fast reliable website that is attractive would make your customers love it for a really low price.
I would use PHP (website programming language) therefore you would be able to change the menu like a text document, or I could make an area only the person changing the menu can get to and make it like this box I am typing in right now to change the menu. This area would be password protected and could either have a link on the page or could just be http://www.yoursitename.com/admin.php which the person changing the menu would have to type. It would also have a password and username so that other people cannot get onto it.
If you would like to use me then please feel free to email me at Simon.brackley@hotmail.co.uk
I'm extremely sorry but the only payment method i can except at this time is paypal.
