$1000 budget for a commercial for a new product launch

I'm looking to launch a new product and need a youtube commerical that should be funny and creative - we need to generate maximum buzz on little budget. i have some ideas, but i'm open to your creativity... any takers?

I can help you and want to. I use vue 6, adobe after effects, anime studio and many more but those are some good ones. I have had a history of working with anyone for anything but i have become very proficient with animation over the last few years and am trying to spread my wings.
