PAL Standards Conversion

I am wondering if anyone has Procoder3 that they would be willing to convert several NTSC quicktimes for me to PAL it's about 90 minutes worth of material and i can pay around 50 dollars.

Why don't you convert the files to PAL using Final Cut Pro? I'm pretty sure you can do that with no problem. I just edited some footage in PAL and I'm going to export a version in NTSC also.
