Volunteer 3D Animator wanted
by Gary Hauger on May 18, 2008 at 4:26:38 pm

A new 3D pilot is in the development stage by the new Media company Dolmen Media. As a founder it is my aspiration to create a multi-media group that generates quality creative products for the animation, comic book, RPG and toy markets.

Work on our first comic is underway, but as we all know a good 3D animation will take longer to develop than a comic. I'm looking for folks that may be newly graduated from school or merely looking for portfolio material to help with the creation of a pilot episode of a mature/teenage 3D television production. This is a ground level opportunity as we get on our feet.

Drop me a line if you don't mind working for free. Please be professional, this may be volunteer work, but we stil expect to work with pros in the areas of attitude and commitment.

Hello Mr. Hauger,
I am interested in helping out. I recently (December '07) graduated from James Madison University with a BFA in Studio Art and a concentration in Computer Animation. I am looking for entry level employment in computer animation. I am a competent modeler, texture artist, and animator and have worked primarily with Maya during my education. My work can be seen at www.butterfieldanimation.com
I would be happy to email you my resume. Just let me know where to send it and I'll email it immediately.
Thanks,
-Andrew
