.wmv video to .swf and to website for online streaming...

Hey guys,
I have a .wmv video (80 minutes long and 33mb) that I need put on my website.
Anyhow, as you know... .wmv isn't the best format to put on a website for people to view (not everyone has windows media player... and load times are too high)...
... so I need it turned into .swf and uploaded to be viewed in a flash player that automatically starts.
Here are a couple examples of EXACTLY what I want to do:
The videos on both of those pages are smooth, load quickly, and run nice.
If you are interested (should be a quick job) let me know your timeline and approx. how much to get it done. I'm looking at setting up a long-term relationship and have video jobs similar to this quite often.
Just FYI, the current project needs to be done today (wednesday) or by Thursday morning at the latest.

I can do the conversion, but the player is separate. The player I have isn't quite as pretty as the ones you saw there.
Check out my site http://theiceforge.net goto profiles, click my name, and load any of the videos on that page, you can see what the player I use looks like.
