Very busy Santa Monica (soon to be Culver City) based Post Production facility is looking for a tape operator with 3+ years experience. The right candidate must be a very organized, personable and team player. He/she will be assisting lead artists, handling multiple bays and must be able to perform well under stress. Applicant must be able to take instruction well and have an attention to detail and good follow through.
Must have a working knowledge of Quantel, Discreet, 3D systems and fluent in all post production machinery. Other responsibilities will cover backing up files, log and code tapes and have an understanding of digital video formats. Knowledge with Final Cut Pro, After Effects and Photoshop is a plus!
