Experienced Adobe After Effects and Photoshop Artist Required

Photoshop - I have a number of still photos that need layers selected and extracted in order to "turn a 2D picture into a 3D virtual scene". This tutorial from Video Copilot should help explain the end result I am trying to achieve - http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorial/virtual_3d_photos/ [TC - 03;30 - 08;40] it's the use of the pen tool to create each layers path that I need the most help with.

Will negotiate fee per photo

After Effects work required -

- motion tracking
- creating smoke trails onto existing footage
- Rotoscoping

Again, will negotiate fee per task
