Need spot ad editors and producers for community.

Needed: Spot Commercial Editors and Producers to join a Spot Ads Creators Community

I want to create a community that brings video editors, spot ad creators and clients together. I also want to create a site that makes money. The community site is http://quickspotz.myownchannel.tv/ it is a free site were Video Editors and producers can feature their spot commercials in hopes of meeting up with clients.
The second site is purely for profit. http://www.quickspotz.com/ and is to me, the future of advertising on the web. I am talking to Mark Hill of http://eyespot.com/ and I am hoping to utilize their Beta program to offer clients the ability to either create their own commercials or a mockup demo they can take to http://quickspotz.myownchannel.tv/ and find a professional editor to brand it and finalize the project. I plan to offer users the free stock footage from the Internet Archive, Public Domain, Eyespot content material and also links to stock warehouses such as iStockphoto, Rocketclips, freestockfootage.com, Artbeats and others.
Right now http://www.myownvideosite.com/ only charges my $10.00 a month to host http://www.quickspotz.myownchannel.tv/ , but that will increase as membership grows. Any of you that wish to sign up for an account which is free may post a banner ad on the site for free. A side bar ad is 160x600 and a bottom ad is 300x250. There are six available spots and they will be rotated monthly until the time I need to seek advertising dollars to fund the site.
To be honest with you, this project is a little intimidating, so if anyone wants to join in, contact me and you are an instant member of the board of directors.
