Any good 3d modellers? v.$500

i'm willing to pay you $500 for you to make me a single scene. But animated. It's nothing too advanced or detailed.
It's for a school project and though mine is half-finished, i can quite honestly say, it's absoloutely shitty.
The details are as follows
It's for a 3d virtual reality walking program. The animation is from the eyes of the person walking.
A small scene with some buildings and two streets.
There will be some traffic on those two streets.
There should be a minimum of 4 cars. As well as street and traffic lights
The scene is animated and starts off with a person walking along the street.
The cars should be moving at the beginning of the scene.
The cars stop at some point, and the traffic lights change.
The person crosses the street and then the cars move on.
The person keeps walking and then that's it.
The time would be preferebly a minute to three minutes, but i'll leave that to the animator.
There does NOT need to be any detailed work, with the sole exception of a single car. Everything else can be as basic as it gets. Professional standards is NOT what i'm looking for.
It needs to be done quite fast, in 2 days in fact, so the deadline is Thursday. However, i know it's a lot, so i'm willing to pay $500 to anyone that undertakes this.
