Motionographer Needed... let us sell your services

I have a small multimedia production company and I'm looking for someone with a killer motion graphics reel. I'm looking for someone who would allow me to place their reel on my site in exchange for all of the motions graphics work I can sell for them. You pick your rate and I'll incorporate that into the proposals I send out. The reason I'm looking to do this is I want to focus more on selling and less on production work. I've figured out that I can either sell or do production work but not both (and be very effective.) I'm sure you've run into this problem yourself. I understand this is a pretty unconventional arrangement but Im hoping to find someone out there that would give it a shot. Feel free to look at my site and see what I'm all about. I have a full service production studio. 4 editing suites. 2 huge production studios. Studio A seats 1200 or 675 for dinner. ETC lighting. Full size staging with a load of robotic light heads. 2 twelve foot projection screens The studio can be broken down to make any production. Studio B is 10,000 sq. feet. We make custom set designs and also have a 30 foot green screen. It also has full light grids and etc lighting with viddessnce lighting for the green screen set. We have 4 editing suites with final cut pro and premiere. 5 jvc studio cameras. A hitachi zdr1 camera with 16:9 or 4:3 switchable. 30 foot camera crane and a professional glidecam. We have grass valley digital recorders with plenty of hard drive storage. We have a 90 inch screen for editing and live directing. We have a audio production room with digital 24 tracks and a dead room for artists and voice overs.We also have a closed captioning system. There is too much to list. The studio is hardly used. I have professional editors and personnel who work for 50% less than industry standard. You name your sales commission ratios and I will make it happen.
