experienced video editor required for a tv startup

We have two weekly Television shows on cable Television and we just moved into national network. The shows are "ET" style (Entertainment based) covering Local Events, interviews, movies, music videos and more and need to be delivered on time to various stations.
We have our own gear including Sony pd170, wireless Mic, prompter, green screen studio, NLE systems, graphics software and ready-to-use digital juice collection.
We are looking for an experienced Final Cut Pro/Adobe Premier, Aftereffects video Editor to add the "national network look" for these shows. Candidate should be able to work on a part-time basis to work at woodbridge, NJ & should be fast and efficient; reliable & friendly; ready to share the knowledge and train others time-to-time. Editing the shows, Cutting On-Air Promos, making Commercials, creative Intros, and Program montages will be part of the job.
Experience in Camera, lighting, MPEG encoding, HD Technology and Photoshop will be a plus.
Flexible schedule - 3 hours a day - 6 days a week. Evenings are ok too. Ideal and hard-working candidate will be able to grow with the company.
This is a project under small budget - so apply with your resume and expected compensation.

i m video editor & visulisor since last 13yrs. i have my own video editing Studio in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. i do editing for ZEE TV, ETV, Doordarshan, ISRO, Information Department & other Local NGO's & AD Agencys. i have excellent skill to do all kind of PROMOS, GRAPHICS, Events, Coverage or Other.... my studio is going very well... but i m 35yrs Handicap Person.... i have only 10-15 healthy year to do more work.... right now i do editing work atleast 16hrs daily... i want to earn more in less time.... thats why i try for BEST JOB... who needs my experience... my expectation minimum 50$ to 60$ per hour... but i need full time work... please reply me
