Looking for Flash Character Animators

Comedic Internet Viral in 2d/3d Style
We are currently looking for 2D Animators that can turn around complete flash cartoons fast. It is being directed by a student director that recently got nominated for a student academy award. The stories are ready to go and it is a viral for a famous computer company.
We need around 2 mins of flash animation produced willing to deliver a funny high end product. Experience in Flash is a must, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or After Effects are a plus.
Preferred location: UK, although USA and Europe is fine.
Budget circa USD4000

i apologize for not offering a product that is up to your standards. if you're looking for a traditional cell animated product then you need to be more specific in your job posts. "2D cartoon" is an incredibly general term that just about any form of animation can fall into.

I specialise in 2D character animation with a strong sense of timing, weight and movement. In terms of software, I mainly use Flash, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere. I’m also stylistically and technically adaptive, with my work having incorporated, 2D, stop motion, enhanced rotoscoping. Recent clients have been the Brothers McLeod, Warner Entertainment and LA based Filmmakers Will Rot and Micah Gallo. I'm also a highly viewed YouTube partner.
