Are you in college or a recent graduate and have mad motion design skills? Come intern at a new start-up with a team of seasoned veterans of the entertainment industry. This is a great chance to develop professional real-world experience in a creative environment.
Animoto is a young web-based video production company founded by TV/film producers, editors, and motion designers from MTV, Comedy Central and Warner Brothers. The heart of Animoto is its newly developed patent-pending Cinematic Artificial Intelligence technology that thinks like an actual director and editor to produce high-end video productions. Since opening to the public just two months ago, Animoto has garnered rave reviews and use of the product has quickly spread around the world to dozens of countries. The company is now poised for aggressive growth in a variety of directions. Needless to say, it's an exciting time to be here.
The lackluster need not apply. We're looking for a NYC local who's ready to hit the road running as we'll be dropping you right into the mix. You will be expected to be an actively contributing member of our design team.
We are looking for raw talent and mature design sensibilities. Must have moderate to strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and common industry motion design softwares.
This is a 3-month gig that is immediately available with a weekly stipend and the opportunity for extended contract or a full-time position. Our office is located in downtown New York on the border of SoHo and Little Italy. Please send links to reels, references, and resumes to:
