Installed CS_3 on new drive, Nucleo2 won't work

It says that my serial number is already activated, anyway to deactivate on the old drive and reactivate on a new drive?

Try reinstalling Nucleo Pro from the installer.
Not all of Nucleo will have been copied over if the migration tools were used to transfer your user settings and plugins from the other disk,
