 | Disparity between Compressor and Epsidoe Mp4

I've done some mp4 videos with Episode however when I bring the settings into Compressor, the video does not have the same quality in that it becomes blurry especially around text. Thanks for any help.

Settings I'm using:
output format mp4, extension mp4, h264 encode
H.264 VBR using VBV at 1900 kbit/s.
Main profile with CAVLC entropy
2 pass encoding
Deinterlace with Smooth Blending
Deinterlaced Interlaced frames (automatic)
Deinterlace chroma is checked.
Resize, 960x540
Non constrained
Proportion is set to none
Square pixels

Leopard 10.5.7
quicktime 7.6.2 (518)
source codec hdv 1080i60, integer (little Endian)
