Issue converting mov to avi (dv pal)

Hello!
I received problem converting mov video file to avi using Episode Pro ver.5.0
Mov file was created in final cut using quicktime conversion with the following settings:
Video:
Compression: DV-PAL
Quality: Best
Scan Mode: Interlaced
Aspect Ration: 4:3
Dimensions: 720x576 (768x576)
I converted mov file to avi using the following settings for episode:
DV25_PAL
Avi Version: Version 2
Video Encode: DV
Audio Encode: PCM
The received avi file is played well before approximately 20th minute. After 20th minute of avi file some sort of white noise is periodicaly added to the sound track.
Actually I tried convertion with different mov files and different settings for dv pal avi in episode and in all cases received the problem.
One more note: if in Episode I discard video track and encode only sound then the sound is played well even after 20th minute.

I use Macbook Pro 2.5 gHz, 4Gb.
Btw I've found workaround for my problem: I've created mov with appple lossless audio compressor.
This mov file was correctly converted by Episode to avi.
So the issue is related to converting mov with pcm audio to avi.
