 | Chapter Markers

I am just curious if there is a way to maintain chapter markers when rendering out of Episode Engine 6.0?
What would be ideal would be able to create a timeline in Avid, set a few markers or chapter points. Export out a reference file and convert that to an M2V for burning to DVD that could contain the chapter markers.
Or I could potentially import the Avid Reference file into FCP and add chapters there if need be...?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
