Error Trying to Unlock Particle Illusion.

Hi,

We purchased Particle Illusion and we want to install in one computer that previously had installed P.I. but the demo period expired.
Now we are trying to put the serial number but as soon we aopen P.I. appear a message saying "Demostration Period Expired" and doesnt allow to put the serial number to work with it.

We are almost 100% sure that the installer that we have is not trial version, but just to be 100% sure, where we can download again the proper installer?
