Sorry, I didn't see this post when it first came in.
If you're using the Windows version of pIAE, you can probably just copy the existing plug-in from CS5 to CS6 right now. We'll have an installer that supports CS6 in the first week of June.
The Mac version we're hoping to have in the first week of June too. (You can't just copy the Mac version of pIAE from the CS5 folder to the CS6 folder -- you'll get OpenGL error messages and AE will start having weird problems, like not redrawing some windows.)
