I am trying to render at 1920 x 1080. I know that the screen size is relative to the render size. Problem is my monitor is not that big and the max resolution for it is 1600 x 1200. Is there a work-around or other way to render that doesn't involve buying a larger monitor. Thanks.

You can open your project file in pIllusionRender, the stand alone rendering application, and render it out to full size. It's in the same folder as the particleIllusion program, just run it, load the file, and go through the render options the way you would within pI.
