S2VR Duo won't mount

All of the sudden my drive won't mount on my desktop. Any thoughts? It has always mounted with no problems.

I'm on a Mac G5 with Fasta 4E Sata card.

Can you see the volume in Disk Utility? If so, try to mount it there.

If you see nothing in Disk Utility, power everything down and make sure to check your connections, and retry.

Caldigit is GREAT!!!

I received a telephone call from CalDigit based on my post above. They offered and sent me a new power supply for free to see if that solved my problem.

IT WORKED!!!! Problem solved. If you folks want good drives with outstanding Customer service...consider CalDigit.
