CalDigit VR 2TB Drive Failure

CalDigit-
I advised my client to purchase a CalDigit VR 2TB drive and now it appears the drive has failed. I was working on it last night, woke up my laptop this morning and found "RAID 0 INIT CANCEL" on the LED of the CalDigit drive. The drive does not appear on the desktop and disk utility does not see it. This drive is 2 weeks old!

Hey Jason,
I just realized the message you have is different from the one I thought you had. We need to check your firmware version to proceed. Give tech support a call, or I can have them contact you, and they can walk you through the fix.
