Bug in Color 1.03

I've unfortunately come across a bug in the new 1.03 update and would like to know if anyone else out there can duplicate it. I've seen it on two different machines so I'm lead to believe it is a real issue.
In the color FX room, adding a blur node distorts the image. It appears to be resizing it ever so slightly as it is blurring. The distortion is most noticeable on vertical lines that become jaggy and other areas of high detail and is readily visible on moving images. Here are some images to illustrate. The first is the source image, the second is with the default level of blur, and the last is with a blur of only 0.1. There appears to be a diagonal area of distortion going from top right to bottom left. I've had some success removing this distortion in the geometry room by changing the size very slightly but it is inconsistent. It may be related however. Please respond if you can duplicate this issue.

Rafael,
I've tried it both with interlaced SD footage and progressive HD footage with the same result. Seems like deinterlacing helped with the SD footage but I'll double check. The issue does not exist in Color 1.02.
Thanks

why are you adding a blur to a graphic in color? color is for grading.....period....adding color efx not distortion efx. use fcp or afx for distortions or blurs.. a blur in color on a real image would never show any problems. the distortion is part of the effect.

Clearly you did not read my original post very carefully (as I mentioned that I did this test with footage as well) and have misunderstood the purpose of the graphic example. The problem is visible on a "real image" in color, especially in motion, but could be missed on a still if you're not looking closely. I created the graphic for the sole purpose of better illustrating the problem. I know very well the purpose of Color as well as Final Cut, After Effects and the 20 other programs I use regularly to run a post facility and I know what a blur should and should not do to an image. A blur should not create jagged edges as it is doing in Color 1.03. It is not "part of the effect".
Have you looked closely at this yourself in Color 1.03? Have you compared it to 1.02?

Chris,
I can confirm the problem you are seeing in Color 1.03. It seems to be limited to Float only, as far as I can tell, but it is happening. The scaling happens both in float as well as other bit depths (probably to avoid thinking about what is supposed to happen on the edges of the image, I guess), but I am seeing the artifacts only on Float color precision.

I have the same problem.
I have had problems earlier with the blur scaling and moving upwards and left (making halo effects when blurring a lot)... This was both in key blur in secondary, and blur in FX room.
But I also now get this distortion when in "floating point"
I submitted feedback on apple.com/feedback/ and linked to this page. So lets hope this problem will be fixed soon.

I first noticed it in my main system which has a Radeon x1900 but I confirmed the issue on my Macbook Pro which has a x1600. It would be interesting to see if it occurs with Nvidia cards as well.

same thing happened in float in 1.0.2. that's why i stopped using float and stick to 16bit where this problem never occurs.

I noticed yesterday that the problem would also occur occasionally in 16-bit as well as float. If I switched from 16-bit down to 12, then back up to 16 the distortion would go away.
Thanks to everyone who has confirmed this issue....
