[JP Owens]"Class Action, anyone?"
Well, I guess you could call it "creative marketing" like just about everything else out there these days. I mean it technically "can" do millions of colors. Apple is the most ingenious at creative marketing out there. Look at the MacBook Air.
"The World's Thinnest Laptop."
What else could they say about it?
"World's Most Underpowered & Overpriced Laptop"
Not quite so catchy and probably won't sell as many.
Sooooooooo, let's call it the "thinnest" and most folks won't even notice that the standard MacBook is a better value for the money despite the overwhelming three extra pounds it packs in.

Not for me. The only people who win in these large class action cases are the lawyers. I got an $11 check from the Worldcom settlement. Out of thousands I had invested. And, remember your $5.00 credit chit from the audio CD settlement? For those kind of returns, it's not even worth the time it takes to fill out an online form.

Too early in the morning for me obviously ... I'd guessed that the spelling remark was probably just a gibe, but couldn't think why you'd want to single out the "three Colours" statement unless you thought they were wrong.
Anyway, as little as the customers may get out of these mass class action lawsuits, they do (sometimes) still serve the important function of making corporations think twice next time they stray into the realm of hyperbole.
