Ive, tired over and over, where is the QT output file from color? It's just a interview that needs auto balancing, I'm freaking out. Any help would be apprecited.

Go to the Set Up tab and check where the global Color renders and /or where this specific project color renders go to. This folder is set up by the user from the very first time Color is launched. If you you skipped this part Color probably put them in the Documents folder of your user root.
You can change it later to whatever folder is more convenient for you.

Horses for courses.
Why go to the bother of round tripping to COLOR for a simple thing... ie "just an interview" when you've got the 3-way in FCP that takes no special skills?
If you insist on using the trapeze act with a triple mobius flip inside-out half-gainer in pike position with an 8-point hesitation roll.... when getting out the stepladder to change the lightbulb would be appropriate... well.... lots of points for style, anyway! Wonderful learning experience.

I HAVE to file that one away. Wonderful visuals there......

I get what you say.
In our case, our clients have gotten used to us using Color since the FinalTouch days for all and any color correction. Yes, we could use the 3-way, but our clients don't expect us to use it. They want Color. Maybe we've created a little monster.....

Dang man! Have you taken that act to Vegas? It's the next big thing!

Yup, appearing at CIRCUS CIRCUS starting the evening of April 14....
But it is beginning to become apparent that COLOR is a handful and then some for most people. For those of us coming out of a daVinci (or like) path, its an adjustment.
A violin is a very simple device, but the difference between it making a sound that will bring tears of pleasure or excruciating pain is in the hands and the touch of the player. Maybe someday that sound will be downloadable, but I bet it won't do multiclips, nested sequences, variable speed changes, or a bunch of other things, either.

Yup, I wouldn't bet on it. After all, FCP didn't deal with multiclips until version 5! And I still don't trust it with nested sequences and variable speed changes. If FCP is still not rock solid with these things, why would anyone expect Color to be.
I'm beginning to think that in order for FCP to make the next big step, it's going to have to throw away the old code and start from scratch.

We use nests upon nests every day. Not sure what problems you have, but we rely on them for everything from graphics reveals to multi-track video composites. They work quite well here in SD, HD and everything in between.
Definitely can't use them in Color, but we just bake nests for color correction.

I think that it was version 4.5 that I was having some very strange issues with nests. From then on, I've tried to avoid them whenever I could. It's good to hear that it's working well now.

You'll have to email me sometime if you're having problems with them in the future and see if I can figure out what's wrong. I've been using them pretty much from when I started with FCP, can't remember if they were included in Version 1.25 or they showed up in Version 2 or 3. Love 'em!
