Process entire files? Yes or know?

I am routinely cutting two camera interviews from a client with two identical cameras that just don't match, and I'm trying to figure out the best workflow using Color. The 3-way CC in FCP just doesn't ever make a perfect match the way I can match them in Color in just a few minutes.
Should I simply CC the entire reels before multicam editing? Is there a downside to this? What would Color do to the timecode?
Or, is there a really fast way to copy my grades to all clips from a reel after I cut? For example, if I move all cliups from the A-camera to V-1 and all clips from B-cam to V-2 is there a spiffy way to copy my grades from the first clips to all other clips on that track?
TIA,
David

Save a grade in the Setup/Grades tab. Then select all of the shots on the selected video track by selecting the first shot, hold shift and select the last shot. This should select all of the shots. Now that all of the shots are selected on one track, go back to the grade you saved in the Setup/Grades tab and double click on it. It will apply that grade to all of the selected shots.
