Clips Offset in Color

Hi Everyone,
I've sent my Final Cut project to Color using the send to color function. While the in and out points of each clip remain the same, the clips themselves are offset within those in and out points. So if a clip is supposed to start at 0:00:15, it still starts at that timecode, but a different part of the clip plays than the part that I edited in. This is very confusing and unusual to me, and if anyone could shed some light on the topic I would be forever grateful!

Sorry, I forgot to mention the codecs.
The sequence contains footage from two different cameras. Most of the clips are H.264, and some of them are Apple Intermediate Codec. They are all Quicktime.

Hello, I have the exact same problem as above.

I understand the problem is that some footage is 1280 and some 1920; also fps differs, also some speed adjustments were made.

It's all in apple pro res 4444.

Is there any way that I can work around these issues without making a self contained QT movie?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
