DPX import incomplete

hi

I have DPX file sequence of the film, reel wise duration around 17 to 20 min each reel. when i import the sequence in color its skips first 4 to 5 min every time in each reel. i have attached the screen shot of the sequence. when i import the same thing in AJA dpx utility it opens complete length.

i am using color 1.5.3
