Hi Matteo,
By looking at your second still grab it looks like your file is actually an Mp4, NOT ProRes. Just because your time line is ProRes does not mean your clips don't need to be ProRes.
This is a no no. Color can't work with mp4...Try this, Media manage your timeline and tell it to encode everything to ProRes during the process. (Don't forget to add handles for slip options later if you like) Open your new media managed project and then send that "real" ProRes time line to color. This should solve your problem.
ALWAYS trans-code your mp4 media to ProRes BEFORE you start editing. This is standard practice and will save you tons of headaches in the future.
