Sure, just use the File Browser and insert shots into your Color timeline.

Are you talking about manual tracking or automatic tracking?
If you expect automatic: forget it! The tracker in Color is not adjustable and even weaker than the one in Motion 3. I wish we could import tracks from AEFX...
