Reconform

Hi:
I have color graded and sent back to FCP. I have made subsequent edit changes to the FCP project and followed the steps below to reconform in Color:
1) In FCP export/XML
2) Open Color and go to the appropriate project
3) File/Reconform
4) Choices: Archives - Export XML - FTFCP XML 3107xml - Shots - Still Store.
I selected each of the two XML "things" and they both shut down Color.
Question: Where did I go wrong? There appeared to be no way to select the project file. I could find no references in the new color Manual.

Step 4 is where you went wrong.
Navigate to the new re-conform XML just created and exported from FCP. Select Load.
Before attempting again I would first open the Color project just to be sure your project is still intact and not missing any grades from the attempted re-conform. If you are missing your grades from a bad re-conform, open an archive version of your project that still has all your graded information. Then do the re-conform
