can't see one clip after sending to color

Hi Guys,
I'm quite new to FCP and color, been playing with different setups. I'm using FCP 7 and 1.5 color. I have created a quick test sequence captured in ProRes from a Sony HDV camera, which is 12 minutes long.
Edited fine and sent it to color, all of the clips are OK except one i.e it's lined out in red and it won't show in the viewer. The other clips I can grade OK and send back to FCP and they are fine.
I have copied the clip into a new timeline sent it to color and I get the same, so I guess there is something wrong with the clip??

Update on this - I have recaptured the clip with HDV and I can see it OK in color. I also recaptured in ProRes and sent it to color and it was red lined and couldn't see it in the view. By the way the when I send the sequence's back to FCP, they are coming back as ProRes HQ is that correct?
