Color Grading Room

For color grading, how should the room look and what are the key elements that one should know? Like getting any specific light bulbs or specific color for the walls?

I think that SMPTE or somebody has published a set of recommendations. There's no "spec", but there are guidelines.

I used the guidelines contained in this pdf to build my own color grading room. I also recomend to buy the furniture and the desk in black color.
