Same card we have in one of our suites and it used to be my primary machine in this suite.
All I can think of are the usual suspects, speed changes, mixed format, still image.... Assuming you're running Color 1.0.4.
Ensure nothing else is running in the background.
Make sure your Screen Saver is disabled.

No clue then unless one of the files is somehow corrupted, we did a 4+ hour RED timeline a few weeks ago with Color 1.5, no issues.

I am zeroing in on this and I now believe it has everything to do with using the F proxie. As I drop it down to H or M I have not more garbled problems.
It's an easy fix. Even If I use the M proxie then Color is still reading teh FULL r3D information. I can just set my output size to what I want and the renders look great. No more pink and green BS in teh thumbnails either.
