replacing old sequence with new sequence

Is it possible to replace an old color corrected sequence with a new color corrected sequence in Color? I understand the workflow as Color as the last step in CC. I have graphics adding effects to footage, but I wanted to know if there was a way that I could CC footage and then apply that same CC to a new sequence once I receive it...

I'm a little confused by your question - you have an FCP sequence that now has graphics on it that you want to grade? Are this tiffs, psds or are the video clips? Are they composited with existing video somehow? Are the transfer modes, transparency or something else going on?
I would consider baking in any of those graphics and exporting self-contained QTs and then re-edit into your sequence.
From there to keep your existing grades you can do two things -
get the new project send it to color and then choose File > Import > Color Corrections and choose the original project. This will import your work so far from the original project.
You can also Re-Conform the Project, but ONLY if the the changes that have been made to the same Final Cut Pro sequence that you originally sent to Color. If this is the case in FCP export an XML file and then in Color Choose File > ReConform then choose the XML file you exported from FCP and the sequence will reconform.

Hello,
Do you think this reconform method thrue XML will work even if in the same FCP project I add new shots with other names (special effect in my case) but without changing the lengh of the film ?
