Problem with sending back to FCP from Color

Hi there,
I'm having a strange problem when going back to FCP from Color. Once the sequence is back in FCP I play the graded sequence and all clips seem to have a bizarre scrambled effect. However, if I match frame back to the original clip it's all fine. I don't really want to have to re insert every clip again so just wondered if anyone might be able to shed any light onto it?
The footage I'm working with is 25fps DV Pal. I've put a link up as to what the footage looks like here:

Where are you seeing this, on your Canvas or external display?
What did you Render to in Color? DV (as in Original Format) or ProRes?

Hi Walter,
Thanks for responding so promptly!
I tried rendering in DV (original format) to start with and then also tried ProRes but it still did the same thing. The weird lines occur on both the Canvas and the external display (using a Kona LHe) but as I said if I match frame the corrupt clip then it's ok.
In an additional twist I did a test with the same footage but created a QT of it (DV Pal) and then sent that to Color and sent it back to FCP and that seemed ok. So, if worst comes to worst I guess I could create a QT and put in the edit points again but it just seems a bit bizarre!

DV is not an optimal codec to send into Color. My advice would be to convert your timeline to ProRes, send that into Color and then be sure when you get back to FCP, to re-set your Easy Setup to AJA Kona ProRes and not DV. If you're set to DV, you'll get that bad snowy playback on your external monitor.
