Problems in FCP after going to 2.1.1

I updated FX factory and downloaded the pan & zoom freebie, and am having two problems.
1. Upon launch of FCP & Motion, I get the following box "The idustrial revolution Freebies plug-ins could not be loaded." Each launch, I have to click out of it.
2. The watermark on the pan & zoom will not clear.
My system is up to spec - using Leopard 10.5.7 & FCS 6.05 on a g5 quad with an ATI graphics card.
Despite the message, the plugins do load and work, but the watermark is still there.
So far I have tried the obvious - trashing FCP & NI prefs, restart, and re-registering w/ NI.
After installing all the updates, please launch the FxFactory application (located in your application folder) and check if the two freebie FxPacks are registered. If not, please select them and click register and go through the registration process.
After everything is properly installed and registered you may still have to re-render your timeline in FCP, as the watermark may simply be "burned in" and a re-render will get rid of it.
