AE Podcast Request

I have watched several of the AE Podcasts that have been posted. I must say they are great and I have learned a great deal from them. I must admit, I am very new to After effects. I was wondering if there were any tutorials for beginners, and if so, where can might I find them. If there are not any, that you know of, I was wondering you might produce some.

I suggest to view the old episodes, there's ton of podcasts for beginners as well as for advanced users, All the podcasts Aharon's made over 2 years are unique and very easy to follow. You can also buy the DVD's of the first and second season and watch them on your own time and in HiRes, I also recommend to watch the Multimedia 101 Podcast, this series covers the principles, fundamentals and information you need to build a strong footing in this industry or to learn new areas that you have not yet explored.
