How do I export ULTRA files?

This may see a basic question to worldly video guys, but I'm taking an AVI file that I created (with a green screen background) in Visual Communicator, and bringing it into ULTRA (demo copy) to add a virtual set or background. It works fine. Now what do I do to get that out or exported to something I can use in other programs for editing etc.?
All it seems to want to save is .mks files. ?

Hello,

Click on the output tab, and select the file type you want to export to.
