If I understand you correctly, you want to take an output from Ultra and use it live, in real time, from a camera input.
I do not think Ultra is designed to do this. It does allow you to connect a camera so you can check your settings in the studio in real time. But I believe all actual output must be rendered to a file.

That's correct.
You should be able to see a preview to check how "keyable" your shot is by calling up the live camera as the source, but you can't generate a finished file in real time. You need to actually complete the composite in the conventional way.

Visual Communicator comes from the same stable as Ultra and does live output, although hardly broadcast quality.
We use it as a cheap vision mixer at the school I work at, although to be honest it's made us desperate for a hardware one. But for presenters wanting to see themselves while recording its a pretty useful tool.
