Activation Problem

Hello all,
I bought Ultra 2 from Serious Magic, in November 2006. Yesterday I had my hard-drive formatted ( due to some problems ) and I had a new Windows XP Pro installed. Now Ultra thinks I have a NEW machine and has changed the activation number. Of course, I can't get it to work.

Unfortunately since Serious Magic sold out to Adobe, I see visions of waiting " forever " for someone to help me, if at all.

Can anyone suggest someone at Adobe that can give me a new activation code ?

Hello,

Contact Adobe tech support and they will be able to help as they have taken over the whole product and support.
