I'm going nuts trying to figure this out...

I have a Nikon D7000 with an HDMI output. It works fine on a monitor, but i need to get it into Adobe OnLocation.

How can this be possible?

Thanks!

It's not possible. OnLocation only supports DV and HDV signals that are transported over IEEE 1394 (aka Firewire).

File-wise OnLocation doesn't support h.264 files.

While I think Adobe is going for a better program for file-based ingest called "Prelude" (it's been demoed, and will probably come out with CS^ but no promises), the best way is traditional script supervision and then ingest/logging via Premiere or Bridge for metadata tagging.
